General Terms of Service (regulated and non-regulated services)
The Bell Aliant Regional Communications, L.P. ("Bell Aliant") Terms of Service, Item 105 of the General Tariff, set out the basic rights and obligations of both Bell Aliant and its customers with respect to the provision of tariffed services in the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Bell Aliant provides the BellAliant.net website (the "Site") and its associated services (collectively the "Services") for your use subject to the following Terms and Conditions which may be updated or changed by Bell Aliant without prior notice to you.

MDU Access Agreements
In accordance with CRTC Telecom Decision 2003-45, Provision of telecommunications services to customers in multi-dwelling units, dated June 30, 2003, Bell Aliant is required, as a condition of providing telecommunications service in a multi-dwelling unit (MDU), to make available on its web site all terms and conditions, including fees, of any written access agreement concluded with the building owner of that MDU within 30 days of having reached or amended the agreement.
