Home Delivery
Order online and we'll deliver your phone to your home with free shipping. You can have your phone delivered directly to your home. If you aren't home when the delivery arrives, a card will be left in your mailbox indicating where you can pick up your phone. Or, if you prefer you can visit one of our friendly and conveniently located full-service Dealers. Door-to-door delivery. Or person-to-person service. The choice is yours. Ordering and Receiving your Phone
To order a phone, simple click to the product information page on this site for that phone and click 'Order Now'. We'll deliver your phone to your home with free shipping within 3 to 5 business days by Canada Post's Courier Service. Or, you can choose to purchase your telephone at your nearest full-service Dealer.

To Return a Rental Phone
You have a choice of returning your telephone set in person to a full-service Dealer or by submitting an on-line form and we will mail you a postage paid return bag with an enclosed return label. Use the link below to find a dealer or submit your request on-line.

To Exchange a Rental Phone
Call us at 1-800-563-8700. We will ship your new phone to you via Canada Post, and include another postage paid return bag that you can use to return your old set. A minimal charge may apply. You can simply put your old phone into the bag, place the label on the outside, and drop the package off at your nearest post office, postal outlet or mailbox/slot. You may ask the Post Office representative to stamp the letter sent from Bell Aliant as your receipt for returning your set. If you do not have the letter, they will issue you a receipt.

To Return a Retail Phone
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the products that we offer. As part of this commitment, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to give you more peace-of-mind. If you are not satisfied with the retail phone that you have purchased, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. You must return it to the store where you purchased it with the sales receipt. If you have ordered online with home delivery, call us at 1-800-563-8700, and we will mail you postage paid return bag with an enclosed return label. You can then put the set into the bag, place the label on the outside and drop the package off at your nearest post office, postal outlet or mail box/slot. You may ask the Post Office representative to stamp the letter sent from Bell Aliant as your receipt for returning your set. If you do not have the letter, they will issue you a receipt. Your account will be credited for the full amount of the phone.
